FAQs

Will diamond grinding trip my home power or fill my house with dust?

1

Not at all. We run 100% self-powered operations using our own onboard heavy-duty generator, meaning we never connect to or overload your domestic power supply. Our diamond grinders are directly coupled to high-efficiency industrial dust extraction units, trapping 99.9% of concrete dust at the source so your home stays completely clean.

Should I choose a concrete sealer or a full epoxy resin finish?

2

It comes down to how you use the space and your budget:

  • Penetrative Concrete Sealer: Ideal for clean or new-build slabs. We diamond-grind the top layer and apply a deep-penetrating hardener/sealer. This permanently eliminates chalky dust while maintaining a natural, low-maintenance matte finish.

  • Epoxy Resin Coating: Ideal for a seamless showroom finish. It creates a solid, non-porous barrier that resists oil spills, chemical staining, and hot-tire pickup.

Do I need a Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) before coating my floor?

3

Many uninsulated garage slabs—especially on older properties—lack an under-slab moisture barrier. Rising damp can cause standard floor paints to bubble, lift, and fail. We conduct digital moisture testing on every site visit; if ground moisture is detected, we apply a liquid Epoxy DPM to permanently seal the substrate.

Are your modular wall units and racking strong enough for heavy tools and gear?

4

Yes. Unlike lightweight retail shelving, our twin-slot modular wall systems and industrial steel racking bays are commercial-grade assets engineered for heavy utility storage. They comfortably hold bulk storage bins, power tools, lawnmowers, and automotive equipment while keeping your floor space completely clear.
