1. Quotations and Contract
1.1. Quotation Validity: All quotations provided by the Contractor are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.
1.2. Acceptance: Acceptance of a quotation, verbally or in writing (including email), constitutes a binding contract and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Scope of Work: The Contractor will only perform the work explicitly detailed in the final, accepted quotation. Any alterations or additions requested by the Client after acceptance must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges and affect the project timeline.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1. Pricing Basis: Unless otherwise stated, all pricing is based on the condition of the site at the time of quotation.
2.2. Payment Schedule:
* Deposit (Projects \text{£1,000} and over): A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation to secure the booking and commence material procurement.

* Final Payment: The outstanding balance is due immediately upon substantial completion of the work.
2.3. Late Payment: The Contractor reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.
2.4. Unforeseen Work: If unforeseen structural, service, or site issues are discovered during the project that require additional labour or materials, the Contractor will stop work, notify the Client immediately, and provide a revised cost/time estimate for the Client's written approval before proceeding.
